Children's SW - C & F Team - Enfield
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children’s Social Worker to join our Children and Families Team in Enfield. This rewarding role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. As a Children’s Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure the welfare and safety of children in our community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments for children and families to identify needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with families and relevant stakeholders.
- Providing ongoing support and intervention to children and families in crisis.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Attending and contributing to multi-agency meetings and case conferences.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families in a social work capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload.
