Children's SSW - Separated Children & Young People Service Team - Solihull
Join our dedicated team as a Children's Social Worker (SSW) within the Separated Children & Young People Service Team in Solihull. - A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in children's social work, particularly with separated or unaccompanied minors.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
