Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings to coordinate support and resources for families.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they are empowered to make positive changes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognised social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children’s social work, particularly in safeguarding and family support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to best practice.
