The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience in children’s social work, particularly in fostering and kinship care.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills with a child-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with children, families, and professionals.
