The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families, particularly within the LAC system.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with children.
