To be considered for this role, you must possess a relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Additionally, you should have significant experience in child protection and safeguarding, alongside a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
