Children's SW - CIC Team - North Somerset
Join our dedicated Children's Social Work team in North Somerset as a Qualified Social Worker (SW) focused on Children in Care (CIC). The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE).
- Proven experience in children's social work, particularly with children in care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in child welfare.
