North East Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assessment & Safeguarding Social Worker to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in assessment and safeguarding within a social work setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding policies.
