Children's SW - Assessment & Safeguarding Team - North East Lincolnshire

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support.
- Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in line with statutory guidance.
- Collaborating with partner agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to achieve positive change.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and safeguarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with vulnerable families.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
