  • Working closely with partner agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.
  • Providing support and guidance to families, promoting positive parenting and family relationships.
  • Attending court proceedings and presenting evidence as required.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in assessments and safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks, including the Children Act and Working Together guidance.
