Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of children and families, providing ongoing support and intervention.
  • Working closely with schools, health services, and community organizations to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding.
  • Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with statutory requirements.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, particularly within a MASH or safeguarding context.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with families and professionals.
