We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced CIN Social Worker to join our team in Leicester City. This position offers a competitive rate of £38 per hour in the Qualified Social Work field.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children in need (CIN)
  • Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to support the well-being of children
  • Providing direct support and interventions to children and families in challenging situations
  • Attending case conferences and court hearings as required
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration
  • Demonstrated experience working with children and families in a social work setting
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload
