- Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely interventions and adherence to statutory requirements.
- Participating in court proceedings and preparing reports as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in safeguarding and family support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
