To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and child protection legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
