As an IRO/CP Chair, you will lead multi-agency meetings, advocate for children’s rights, and ensure that their voices are heard throughout the process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Chairing and facilitating Child Protection Conferences and Looked After Reviews.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice standards.
  • Collaborating with social workers, families, and external agencies to develop effective care plans.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of care plans, ensuring timely interventions.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to social work teams and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
