We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Manager for our Children in our Care (LAC) team in Slough. This pivotal role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality support and care for children and young people in care, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting their development and emotional resilience. As a Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of social workers and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in practice.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising a team of social workers, providing guidance and support in case management.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and best practice standards in care provision.
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of children and young people.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
