The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience in child protection and court work, with a sound understanding of relevant legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
