As a Children’s Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload effectively while adhering to statutory requirements and best practices.

To be considered for this position, you must have the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrated experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and family support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
