Children's SW - Safeguarding Team - Lincolnshire

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable experience in children's safeguarding and child protection.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
