  • Conducting thorough assessments of children's needs and circumstances.
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals.

  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's social work, particularly within a CIC setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external agencies.
