Assistant Team Manager- Intake Team- Hounslow
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Team Manager for our Intake Team in Hounslow. This pivotal role will support the management and coordination of the intake process for social work cases, ensuring that families and individuals receive the necessary support and services in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a commitment to promoting the wellbeing of our community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Team Manager in overseeing the intake process, ensuring efficient and effective case management.
- Supervising and mentoring a team of social workers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Conducting assessments and reviews of incoming cases, making informed decisions on service provision.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
