Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the progress of children in foster care and advocating for their needs and best interests.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to case discussions.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Experience working within a fostering or child protection setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage a diverse caseload.
