You will manage a varied caseload, completing high-quality assessments and developing effective plans with children and families. Working collaboratively, you will identify needs, strengths and risks, ensuring that children’s voices remain central to all decisions. You will need resilience, sound professional judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. We are looking for someone who can build trusting relationships, work sensitively with families from diverse backgrounds and remain child-focused when faced with complexity. In return, you can expect professional support, reflective supervision and opportunities to develop your practice within a collaborative team.
