We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Practitioner to join our Family Safeguarding Team in Hertfordshire, based in Hemel Hempstead. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, providing a balance of office-based and remote work to support flexibility.

Key responsibilities and duties of the Senior Practitioner role include:

  • Leading and supervising a team of social workers to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Undertaking complex case management, including assessments, planning, and interventions
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partner agencies
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of practice and service delivery
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and reviews to safeguard vulnerable children and families
