In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with multi-agency partners.
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case records in compliance with local policies and procedures.
- Providing support and guidance to families and children, ensuring their voices are heard.
- Attending and contributing to multi-disciplinary meetings, fostering a collaborative approach to safeguarding.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work degree and current Social Work England registration.
- Proven experience in statutory social work, particularly within a multi-agency environment.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
