Devon - Social Worker - Disabled Children's Service
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Disabled Children's Service team in Devon. This role is pivotal in supporting children with disabilities and their families, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need. As a Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to assess needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions that promote the well-being and development of children with disabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
