We are seeking a dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our team in Leicestershire, specializing in Special Guardianship Orders (SGO) and Adoption (Post Order). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and preparing reports for SGO and adoption applications.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in child protection, adoption, and SGO processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
