To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.

  • Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make sound judgments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
