Your key responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with multi-agency partners to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.
- Providing support and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges and access necessary resources.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local policies and procedures.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection and family support work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent assessment and analytical skills, with a sound understanding of safeguarding legislation and practice.
