Barnet - Senior SW - Assessment Team
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to join our Assessment Team in Barnet. In this pivotal role, you will lead assessments and interventions for children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including families, schools, and external agencies, to deliver high-quality social work services. To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant experience in child protection and assessment within a statutory setting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage with diverse communities.
