As a Senior Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and other professionals.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff and colleagues within the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in social work, particularly within assessment and intervention settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficient in report writing and case documentation.
