We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Children’s Services team in Doncaster, focusing on Child Protection and Locality work. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with families, schools, and other agencies to provide support and resources.
- Managing a caseload of complex cases, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local and national standards.
- Participating in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Experience in child protection and locality social work.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a diverse caseload.
