LAC Social Worker l Peterborough
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LAC Social Worker to join our dynamic team in Peterborough, specializing in the Qualified Social Work field. As a LAC Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in improving the lives of children and young people in care. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families, particularly within the LAC framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
