Southwark - Independent Reviewing Officer
Join our dedicated team in Southwark as an Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) in the Qualified Social Work field. As an IRO, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular reviews of care plans to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.

- Providing support and guidance to social workers and other professionals involved in the care process.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience working with children and families, preferably in a statutory setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Excellent analytical skills and a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
