Join our dedicated team in North Somerset as an Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) specializing in Child Protection (CP) and Looked After Children (LAC). Key responsibilities include:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Extensive experience in child protection and working with looked after children.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
- A sound understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding policies.
