Social Worker - Safeguarding (29.5hrs hours per week - (4days) - Northamptonshire ( Corby)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker specializing in Safeguarding to join our dynamic team in Corby, Northamptonshire. This part-time position offers 29.5 hours per week, spread over four days, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in the community. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks of children and vulnerable adults.
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing safeguarding plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
- Providing support and guidance to families, helping them access necessary resources and services.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding strategies and initiatives.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable experience in safeguarding, child protection, or related fields.
