You will be responsible for leading and conducting independent reviews of care plans, ensuring that the voices of children and their families are heard and integrated into decision-making processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular, high-quality independent reviews of children’s care plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice guidelines.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in child protection, looked-after children, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
