Children's ATM - C&F Team - St. Helens

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's ATM (Assessment, Team Manager) for our C&F (Children & Families) Team in St. Helens. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assessment and support services for children and families in need within the local community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Managing a team of social workers and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Conducting assessments of children and families to determine their needs and develop appropriate support plans
  • Working collaboratively with partner agencies and stakeholders to coordinate services and support for vulnerable children
  • Providing supervision and support to team members, ensuring adherence to professional standards and best practices

The essential qualifications and skills for this role include:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration
  • Demonstrated experience in child protection, assessments, and working with children and families in a social work setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues

Additional requirements for this position may include a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel within the community.
