To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within a children’s social work setting, particularly with children in need.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to partnership working.
