Join our dedicated Children's Social Work team in Southwark as a Qualified Social Worker in the Family Help Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to collaborative decision-making processes.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in children's social work, particularly in family support and safeguarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Competence in working within multi-disciplinary teams and a commitment to continuous professional development.
