We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker for an exciting opportunity within the Wrexham ATM - Single Point of Access Team. This position offers a competitive rate of £41.58 per hour (Umbrella). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality social work services, ensuring the well-being and safety of vulnerable individuals and families within the community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to support clients.
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate care and resources.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Providing guidance and support to less experienced staff and students as required.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Care Wales or equivalent regulatory body.
  • Proven experience in a similar social work setting, particularly within adult or children's services.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
