Children's SW - Safeguarding Team - Northamptonshire

- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify risks and needs.
- Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in partnership with families.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of casework and interventions.
- Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding.
- Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony when required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Active registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
- Proficiency in assessment and analytical skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
