  • Registration with Social Work England (or equivalent body).
  • Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
