The London Borough of Ealing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's Social Worker to join our Initial Support Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families within our community. As a Children’s Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing and responding to the needs of children and their families, providing support and interventions that promote positive outcomes and safeguarding.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Strong knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied caseload efficiently.
