The London Borough of Ealing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team. As a Social Worker in the MASH Team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting initial assessments and gathering information to determine the needs of children and families.
- Collaborating with partner agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.
- Developing and implementing effective intervention plans to support children and families.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed case records in compliance with local and national standards.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families in a social work setting, preferably within a MASH or similar environment.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with others.
