We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Social Work - Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team in Essex. As a Qualified Social Worker in the CWD Team, your key responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children with disabilities and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
