The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and young people.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
