Children's SW - Support and Protect Team - Cumbria

- Managing a caseload effectively to ensure timely interventions and support.

- Documenting all casework accurately and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Participating in court proceedings and presenting evidence when required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and protection.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
