Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with local policies and procedures.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection plans.
  • Providing guidance and support to families, ensuring they have access to relevant resources and services.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, with a sound understanding of safeguarding principles.
