As a Qualified Social Worker in our team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
  • Developing and reviewing care plans to promote positive outcomes for children.
  • Collaborating with multi-agency partners to provide holistic support.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports.
  • Providing support and advice to families to empower them in managing their circumstances.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in working with children and families, particularly those with disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
